Project:  Relocate Runway 7-25 – Marathon International Airport, Monroe County

Scope of Work: Work items associated included – demolition of south half of Runway 7-25, partial demolition of Taxiway E, and full demolition of Taxiways B and Taxiway C.  New construction executed on taxiway connectors A2 and A5 and partial reconstruction of taxiway connectors A1, A3, and A4.  Work also entailed installation of new runway and taxiway electrical equipment, navigation equipment (PAPIs) and relocation of REILs to accommodate the new airport geometry changes.
