Scope of Work: Widen & resurface existing lanes along SR A1A / South Roosevelt Blvd., resurfacing along SR 5 from Bertha Street to End of Smathers Beach. Resurfacing along SR 5/ Whitehead Street from Fleming Street to West of Truman Ave. Pavement Only Resurface (Flex) along SR 5/ Frontage Road at Boca Chica Key.

Resurfacing Ride Only along SR A1A / South Roosevelt Blvd. from Go Lane to North of Roosevelt Blvd. and Traffic Operations Improvement along SR A1A / South Roosevelt Blvd. from East of La Brisa to East of Key West of the Sea in addition to Construction of Storm Water Pump Station.
