Project:  Tamiami Trail – FDOT District 6:  SR 90/US 41 Design Build Construction Project from Structure , S-333 to Structure S-334, Miami-Dade County

Scope of Work: This FDOT project reconstruction of existing two-lane roadway and shoulders within limits from MP13.85-MP 24.42.  Construction work includes realigning and raising the profile of existing roadway approximately 2 ft, placement of geotextiles for roadway and base reinforcement, utility coordination, construction of 7 drainage culverts and harmonizing the proposed roadway to adjacent properties and canals.  Project will allow for greater water flow into Everglades National Park and restoration of natural beauty of the ENP.
