Gateway Park Buildings

Our specialty paving site work at Gateway Park Buildings involved working at several building locations within this muti-phased industrial warehouse and distribution center located in Medley, Florida.  Working with a predominant area site contractor, we mobilized and placed over 10,000 tons of bituminous asphalt designed and manufactured to handle the demands of heavy truck traffic and moving vehicle loads.  Throughout the project, clear communication and precise coordination with our building partners throughout the project were key elements in our everyday activities on this project resulting in successful completion and timely opening of this commerce hub.
